Dr. Steven McFetridge is a Fellow of the American Academy of Orthopedic Manual Physical Therapists. His treatment focuses on orthopedic rehabilitation and sports medicine. Dr. McFetridge is certified in intramuscular and perineural dry needling, spinal manipulative therapy, and instrument assisted soft tissue massage. He is highly specialized in manual treatment including joint mobilization, joint manipulation and muscle energy techniques. Movement analysis and joint by joint kinetics are stressed in his treatment approach. Injury prevention and wellness are a cornerstone of his treatment belief.
D.P.T. (Doctor of Physical Therapy) Dr. McFetridge received his doctoral degree of physical therapy in 2021 from wheeling university.
FAAOMPT (Fellow of American Academy of Orthopedic Manual Physical Therapists) Dr. McFetridge earned the fellow (FAAOMPT) credential in 2025 after completing a Fellowship with the american academy of manipulative therapy.
The program involves extensive, hands-on training, mentorship, and coursework to develop advanced clinical reasoning, hands-on skills, and leadership in treating musculoskeletal disorders. After completing a program, a therapist becomes a FAAOMPT, recognized for their advanced expertise in the field.

Dip. Osteopractic (Diploma of Osteopractic) Dr. McFetridge attained this credential after completing a fellowship with training in dry needling, spinal manipulative therapy, as well as concussion and vestibular rehab.
Cert. SMT (Certified in Spinal Manipulative Therapy) Dr. McFetridge is certified in spinal manipulative therapy through the American Academy of Manipulative Therapy. He is highly specialized in adjusting the joints within the spine and extremities.
Cert. DN (Certified Dry Needling Specialist) Dr. McFetridge is a Certified Dry Needling Specialist through the American

Education & Advanced Specializations
Katie earned her Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) from The George Washington University in 2016. Driven by a commitment to clinical excellence, she quickly began pursuing advanced specializations to better serve her patients:
- Earned her designation as a Certified Orthopedic Manual Therapist (COMT) and became a Board-Certified Orthopedic Clinical Specialist (OCS).
- Expanded her expertise into sports performance and strength conditioning by becoming a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) and earning her USA Weightlifting Level 1 Certification.
- Completed advanced training in Certified Spinal Manipulative Therapy (Cert. SMT) and Certified Dry Needling (Cert. DN) through the American Academy of Manipulative Therapy (AAMT).
- Reached the pinnacle of her clinical training by earning her Diploma in Osteopractic (Dip. Osteopractic) and completing her prestigious FAAOMPT Fellowship through AAMT.
